The Snapp pilot aims to test the workflow process and user interface before we develop a long-term technology solution. For this purpose, we use the third party tools (processors) listed below. This Privacy Statement does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site or service to which the services link. We recommend you read the privacy policies of these third party tools for more details.
We only share or disclose data to processors for the following purposes:

If you have registered for the Snapp pilot, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

In your request, please make clear what personal information you would like to have changed, whether you would like to have your personal information that you have provided to us suppressed from our database and, if applicable, let us know what limitations you would like to put on our use of your personal information that you have provided to us. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the personal information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes.
